The categories on the site (residential retrofit, new construction, commercial, metal building, roofing, agricultural) cover the most common SPF project types, but you can describe any project in the details field when you submit — subcontractors with relevant experience can still reach out.

Response time depends on how many subcontractors in the network cover your project's location and type, and how urgent your timeframe is. Marking your timeline as urgent when you submit helps get faster responses from crews with near-term availability.

That said, noting real credentials — SPFA PCP certification, state licensing, years of experience — helps GCs evaluate your business faster during their own vetting process.
